A celebration of our top corporate investors. This event provides the opportunity to meet Central Florida businesses and community leaders while recognizing the constant support of our top corporate investors.

This event brings together top Hispanic Chamber leaders who have been the trailblazers of our 30-year history by demonstrating leadership and tenacity while advocating for our Hispanic business in Central Florida. Throughout the IGNITE luncheon, business leaders are recognized with the “Ignitor of the Year Award” at an elegant luncheon in Steinmetz Hall in the Dr. Phillips Center for the Performing Arts. Join us in celebrating the start of HCCMO’s 30th anniversary as we showcase a general overview of the Chamber and the Central Florida Community.

A data-driven event designed for top-level executives, business owners, and economic development leaders to learn the impact of the Hispanic community and their significant contribution to the overall economy in Central Florida.

SUPPLIER DIVERSITY

HCCMO has been committed to connecting diverse business owners with procurement opportunities for over nine years. HCCMO’s Supplier Diversity Program is a proactive business strategy that seeks to provide suppliers equal access to sourcing and purchasing opportunities. Supplier diversity programs also encourage the use of suppliers from a diverse mix of ownership (i.e., small, minority, veteran, service-disabled veteran, LGBTQ+, and women-owned business enterprises.) Under this program, HCCMO offers many resources to help diverse suppliers build their capacity to obtain contracts with governmental entities and corporations.

Robust business educational program focusing on the opportunities geared towards developing established, diverse-owned businesses looking to gain contracts within the public and/or private sector.

HCCMO offers a Supplier Diversity Scholarship to diverse businesses. This scholarship is a reimbursement program for approved diverse companies. The reimbursement scholarship covers the application cost of the certifying agencies FSMSDC and WBENC, and reimbursement is up to $500. Interested business owners must apply before submitting their application for certification.

The Supplier Diversity Matchmaking Expo provides small businesses with an opportunity to develop relationships with other local businesses, government agencies and major corporations. The program unites education, training, counseling, key resources, tools and special relationships with representatives from the public and private sector. This program further allows its participants to establish long-term strategic business partnerships via one-on-one meetings.
MEMBER ENGAGEMENT EVENTS

Events hosted by HCCMO Members for active HCCMO Members where they would have the opportunity to introduce and showcase their business, product, or services to fellow active members with a 30-second elevator pitch. These events will typically take place in the mornings with a light working breakfast provided by the host.

Events hosted by HCCMO Members for active HCCMO Members where they would have the opportunity to socialize and share in a more open relaxed environment about their business, product, or services to other fellow active members. This social setting provides the opportunity to solidify business relationships. These events will typically take place in the afternoons with light appetizers and drinks provided by the host.

HCCMO celebrates member accomplishments by providing the opportunity to showcase an opening of a new business, a new location, or a celebratory anniversary. This is the opportunity to meet the business owners and welcome them into the community. Various tiers are available to elevate the experience during the ceremony.

This initiative gives HCCMO members the opportunity to make stronger connections with other members by including family members and friends in a social, fun environment designed explicitly for HCCMO members. These events involve visiting arts & culture, sports, or entertainment venues.
MEMBER ENGAGEMENT EVENTS

Seminars designed to present C-Level executives from our Central Florida region to connect and engage with Chamber members.

Comprised of highly engaged HCCMO members who apply to serve as representatives of HCCMO in the community. They are also involved in new members’ onboarding process, volunteering at HCCMO events, and helping connect members with community-building opportunities with local non-profit organizations.

Hispanic leading voice advocating in all legislative and governmental processes while highlighting key statutes & policies that directly impact the Hispanic business community. The opportunity to get close and personal with current elected officials and learn about the issues affecting our local business community.

Encouraging bilateral efforts within our global strategic business partners to build the bridge of commerce with neighboring Hispanic countries by inviting influential leaders of the Central Florida region to bolster the pillars of the Chamber. This initiative is open to all active members of the Chamber.

This program is designed to give Hispanic and diverse business owners and professionals access to a healthier work and personal lifestyle. The program offers interactive activities with wellness experts, healthcare providers, and fitness centers while focusing on the impact health has on the growth and bottom line of the business. A healthier workforce leads to lower insurance costs, reduced turnover, reduced absenteeism rates, and helps improve the corporate image.
