Business After Hours: Social networking event designed to encourage networking and help build stronger relationships with the business community in a casual, informal setting. This event is typically hosted by an active member of the Chamber, providing a unique experience at the selected location.  

Café with the Members: Early networking event designed to encourage networking and interactions within the business community while allowing members to showcase their business to other members. These are hosted by an active member of the Chamber, providing a unique experience at the selected location.  

Leads Groups Open House: Quarterly networking sessions and open enrollment period to engage with potential Leads Group members while recognizing the contributions and impact of the exclusive program.

Ribbon Cutting Ceremonies: Designed to commemorate the milestones of our active Chamber business community with celebratory events such as grand openings and business anniversaries. 

Leads Groups: Industry-exclusive group of professional business leaders focused on fomenting commerce opportunities for growth, generating revenue while strengthening business partner relationships.  Additional cost to join this program. 

Ambassador Program: Community impact group dedicated to supporting business development and Chamber events while fostering leadership growth as part of an elite group of professionals that represent the entire membership of the Chamber.   

Supplier Diversity Council: Community leaders seeking to strengthen the gap between the public and/or private sector with business owners ready to engage in corporate contracts while encouraging the use of diverse-owned businesses, such as minority-certified and historically underutilized business vendors, seeking certification. 

Supplier Diversity Capacity Building Academy: Robust business educational program focusing on the opportunities geared towards developing established, diverse-owned businesses looking to gain contracts within the public and/or private sector.  

Supplier Diversity Scholarship: HCCMO offers a Supplier Diversity Scholarship to diverse businesses. This scholarship is a reimbursement program for approved diverse companies. The reimbursement scholarship covers the application cost of the certifying agencies FSMSDC and WBENC, and reimbursement is up to $500. Interested business owners must apply before submitting their application for certification.

CEO Connection: Seminars designed to present C-Level executives from our Central Florida region to connect and engage with Chamber members.

Supplier Diversity Matchmaking Expo: The Supplier Diversity Matchmaking Expo provides small businesses with an opportunity to develop relationships with other local businesses, government agencies and major corporations. The program unites education, training, counseling, key resources, tools and special relationships with representatives from the public and private sector. This program further allows its participants to establish longterm strategic business partnerships via one-on-one meetings.

Mission Trips: Encouraging bilateral efforts within our global strategic business partners to build the bridge of commerce with neighboring Hispanic countries by inviting influential leaders of the Central Florida region to bolster the pillars of the Chamber. This initiative is open to all active members of the Chamber. 

Hispanic Business Advocacy: Hispanic leading voice advocating in all legislative and governmental processes while highlighting key statutes & policies that directly impact the Hispanic business community. The opportunity to get close and personal with current elected officials and learn about the issues affecting our local business community.

Membership Appreciation: This initiative gives HCCMO members the opportunity to make stronger connections with other members by including family members and friends in a social, fun environment designed explicitly for HCCMO members. These events involve visiting arts & culture, sports, or entertainment venues.

Trustee Membership Program: Corporate partners investing in the mission and vision of the Chamber to strengthen the Hispanic business community by upholding the three pillars of coaching, commerce, and community building.

General Contractor Alliance: Established to solidify the internal collaborative efforts of the Chamber to strengthen and engage with private and public lead entities within the construction industry, to position Hispanic-owned contractors for maximum exposure in our region.

Business Wellness: This program is designed to give Hispanic and diverse business owners and professionals access to a healthier work and personal lifestyle. The program offers interactive activities with wellness experts, healthcare providers, and fitness centers while focusing on the impact health has on the growth and bottom line of the business. A healthier workforce leads to lower insurance costs, reduced turnover, reduced absenteeism rates, and helps improve the corporate image.

Opportunity to get business referrals by joining one of HCCMO’s leads groups:

HCCMO Leads Groups – Industry exclusive groups that meet once a week in different areas of Central Florida. There are ten different area groups: Seminole, Downtown, Central Orlando, North Orlando, East Orlando, West Orlando, Osceola, Millenia, Ocoee, and Dr. Phillips. (Requires a $75 annual fee after the first two visits)
